About this class

The human body is extraordinary. Every curve, shadow, and plane tells a story. Figure drawing allows us to slow down and really see it.

In this four-week series, we'll gather as women to explore figure drawing as a meditative, body-affirming practice. Each session pairs observational drawing techniques with gentle reflection, inviting you to soften the inner critic and approach the human form — including your own — with awe.

We will be working with charcoal and newsprint as our medium and drawing from live, unclothed, models, offering you the opportunity to engage with the body in its most elemental form. No art experience is needed — only a willingness to grow.

What to bring

  • Just an open mind - for your convenience, all drawing supplies will be provided.
